This Founders Circle participation is a membership-based contribution supporting the development of the MHSTA Yacht Club marina.
It does not constitute:
• An investment
• A security
• Equity ownership
• A revenue share agreement
• A repayment obligation
Any future investment opportunities, if offered, will be presented separately under formal written agreements and in compliance with applicable securities laws.
